Digital or Onsite QuoteList Item 1
We will provide a detailed quote for your project. Most of the time we only need a picture of the inside and outside of the house where the window will be installed. If you prefer an onsite visit, just let us know and we will be happy to meet!

Site Prep
Before starting, we protect your grass and nearby landscaping outside. On the inside we set up floor protection, a temporary masking wall system, and air scrubber to ensure any mess is contained and your home is protected from dust and debris.

ExcavationList Item 2
If the location is buried underground or a part of an existing landscape bed, our crew will dig it out for you utilizing a mini-excavator or hand held tools depending on surrounding factors. Dont worry about the extra dirt, we haul it all away.

Foundation CuttingList Item 3
We have the knowledge and equipment to expand or cut a new opening in your concrete block or poured concrete foundation, creating the space where your new window will sit.

Elite Installation Package (Special Order)
Starting at $3,900. The Elite Installation Package is strides above the rest with Alpen's Zenith line of insulated triple pane fiberglass windows. Thermal performance values twice that of standard windows, all in a virtualy maintenance-free package. This window brings together style, functionality, comfort and energy efficiency into a truly Elite window package.
- Alpen Zenith Casement Window (32" wide x 42" tall) – white fiberglass finish, triple pane glass, with insulated frame and sash

Custom Installation PackagesList Item 3
Pricing varies on our Custom Installation Packages. Please contact us for a personalized quote. Lead time on custom window installations can vary, but typically are received and available for installation with 5-6 weeks.
- Choose your window – Casement, Sliding, or a number of non-egress options if you are just looking to let some light in and connect your basement to the world outside (various colors and sizes available)
- Choose your material - Vinyl for a truly maintenance free window, or Aluminum Clad for superior quality and energy efficiency
- Choose your window well – Galvanized steel finish, white steel finish, stonewall finish, plastic, lumber, tiered lumber, retaining block

PLUS Package
Most cities require a framing and insulation inspection of the window before any interior trim can be installed. Let us complete the installation of any package with interior trim finishing, just ask for PLUS paired with any other package. We will meet with the inspector to review the window and then install an interior trim package immedietly following the passed inspection.
We offer a variety of interior trim options from prefinished white or golden oak (~$500-600) to custom stained pine, oak, or other wood species ($700-900).
